New Delhi: In a heartwarming moment for the Jaiswal family, Indian cricket team opener Yashasvi Jaiswal's elder brother has made his first-class debut with Tripura in the recent Ranji Trophy. In just his third match, he played a crucial role in helping the team achieve a big score by scoring a brilliant half-century innings. Yashasvi took to social media to congratulate his brother on this remarkable achievement.

Yashasvi Jaiswal praised his elder brother Tejaswi after his first first-class fifty. Yashasvi’s Instagram story caught the attention of the users and many fans came to know that both the brothers are professional cricketers. 27-year-old Tejaswi made his domestic cricket debut for Tripura in the second round of this season’s Ranji Trophy.

Batting at number 3 in his debut match, Tejaswi scored 13 runs in 6 balls and hit three fours. In the second match against Mumbai, Tejaswi played 19 balls but could score only 4 runs. Batting at number 3 against Baroda, Tejaswi scored a brilliant 82 runs in which he faced 159 balls. Although he missed his first century, he hit 12 fours and 1 brilliant six during the innings.
