New Delhi: After concluding the Test series against Australia, Virat Kohli made a special trip to Vrindavan with his wife Anushka Sharma and their children. The couple visited Premanand Ji Maharaj and spent time in devotion at Radhavallabh Ji temple. A video capturing the spiritual moment shows Virat sitting with folded hands while Anushka performs Shashwat Pranam by laying down on the ground. The couple's visit to Vrindavan has been a serene and spiritually enriching experience for them.

Let us remind you that a few days ago when Virat’s family reached Premanand Maharaj, the Indian cricketer also asked what he should do when he is unable to score runs on the field. In response to this, Maharaj ji said that just as for him, devotion to God is his sadhana, similarly, the whole of India rejoices when Virat scores a century or plays a big innings or India wins. Maharaj ji said that when Virat can be the reason for happiness for the whole country, then for him, practicing cricket is the true sadhana and he should never give up the practice.

Reaching Vrindavan amidst this poor form shows that Virat is committed to scoring a lot of runs for India. Unfortunately, the figures of the year 2024 were not good for him at all. On the one hand, Virat has come to visit Radhavallabh ji with his family, on the other hand, speculations about him playing in the Ranji Trophy are at their peak.

It is also worth noting that the last time he went to Vrindavan was in the year 2023, when he met Premanand Ji Maharaj. Soon after that, his three-year drought of scoring a century ended. At that time, he scored 160 runs in an ODI match against Sri Lanka. Shortly after that, after a long wait, he scored a century in a Test match as well. Let us tell you that the Champions Trophy is also approaching, in which his place in Team India seems certain.
