While this should be a low-scoring affair between two sides with limited attacking units, there's little value in the under which the market has already accounted for.  Instead, back England to proceed with relative caution, as the Gareth Southgate fingerprints are likely to linger in some capacity until a permanent boss takes the reins for himself.
